Q: How do I know my size?

As our products are custom-made to fit, you'll be required to enter your measurement before ordering. See our measuring guide for more information.

Q: Will my robe come with an inner slip?

All our tulle and bridal silk robes include an inner slip. The bridesmaids' silk robes do not, however, they're made to wrap well enough. If you'd like an inner slip with a bridesmaid's silk robe, please select it as an add-on when placing your order.

Q: How long is production?

At least 5-6 weeks, this will vary by outfit and volume.

Q: How long is delivery with the UK?

5 working days after dispatch.

Q: How long is international delivery?

At least 2 weeks after dispatch.

Q: What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don't offer refunds. Returns are only accepted for defective items due to our fault. See our refund policy for more information.
